Cindy joined CSF in 2022 as economist. She has over five years of experience as a consultant, researcher, lecturer, and data analyst across various national and international institutions, including CSF, SENAMHI, UNALM, and other public and private entities. Her work focuses on socioeconomic and environmental studies, with a specialization in the economic valuation of environmental impacts and ecosystem services, the adaptation and application of quantitative and econometric models, and cost-benefit analysis in financial mechanisms. Additionally, she has conducted research on economies of scale in the Peruvian anchoveta fishing sector, the multiplier effect of mining investment in Peru, health costs related to particulate matter in the Lima Metropolitan area, and sustainable development evaluation in the Junín Region, among others. Cindy holds an M.Sc. in Natural Resource and Environmental Economics from the Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNALM).
